I am a highly trained professional actor who has spent years developing my craft as an actor training with Walter Lott, Lee Strassberg, Stella  Adler, Mira Rostova and especially Robert Lyons. I have worked in the Theatre doing leading roles in Social Security and Catch Me If You Can, Independent Films such as David Proshker and TV. I have also trained in improvisation with the Harvey Lembeck Studio, and various Improv teachers in Los Angeles.

My journey into a spiritual life has been quite a long one. I started going to Esalen in Big Sur 9 years ago, and that has led me to do a lot of transformational and spiritual work on myself. I took workshops with Nina Wise in Improvisation, studied Brain Waves with Anna Wise to regulate your moods, Dance workshops, Painting, Self- Awareness workshops and even Kabbalah with Rabbi Steven Fisdel, one of the leading contemporary experts in the field of Kabbalah. Rabbi Fisdel wrote Practice of Kabbalah and Spiritual Messages of the Dead Sea Scrolls. Along with rigorous work with a gifted therapist, I sorted through my own demons to find out who is really inside of this body and what I am here to do.

This led me to Shamanism where I went to Peru to study with Shaman don Agustin Rivas Vasquez in the Amazon. I went to Santa Fe, New Mexico to study with Sandra Ingerman on workshops dealing with Soul Retrieval and Medicine for the Heart. Sandra wrote the book, Soul Retrieval, and is considered to be the preeminent authority on that subject. I had previously taken the basic training workshop for shamanism with Michael Harner and worked with several local shamans in LA. At Esalen I took workshops with a Peruvian shaman named Oscar Bienevedo, and John Perkins.

Shamanism is similar to what I do with soul- storytelling, because it is about healing people’s spirits. The indigenous shaman finds ways to go into the spirit world to help people, and I do it by telling their soul’s story.  There, I seem to be assisted by the universe to guide people in finding their path in life, their soul purpose, and in discovering what gifts they were born with, and practical ways to use them in the world.

I use my acting skill, humor, and improvisational ability to tell the story so it comes alive for the listener, and they can enter into the world of the story. My gift is in telling people their soul’s story. I am able to focus on the gifts they have been born with, and practical ways to use them in the world. I also can illuminate their soul’s purpose and give them a sense of direction, focus and clarity they need to carry out their mission, and use their gifts in the world.

I live in Los Angeles with my two cats Moon and Heart.
